A 10-week HR Summer Internship at Barclays' Glasgow campus, open to penultimate-year students graduating in 2028. Barclays describes the Human Resources team's work as spanning recruiting talent, colleague experience, inclusion, reward, policy, data insights, and employee lifecycle activity, and looks for problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in building relationships in dynamic, team-driven environments. Strong performers may be considered for Barclays' 2028 HR Graduate Programme afterwards, at the same location. Barclays states it cannot offer visa sponsorship for either the internship or the graduate programme that can follow it, since neither currently meets UK Home Office eligibility requirements for Skilled Worker sponsorship - so you need the right to work in the UK for the internship (June-August 2027) and, if you receive a return offer, for the graduate programme too (August 2028-August 2030).
