The team: The TMT team covers critical and high growth sectors facilitating digital transformation and acceleration, across AI, software, internet, media, telecom, and digital infrastructure, across all products the bank offers. Programme Overview Our Off-cycle Analyst programme offers a broad and exciting experience of work within Investment Banking. Responsibilities: - Support the execution of transactions across M&A, private and public capital raises (including IPOs), and leveraged finance assignments - Help the team deliver solutions to clients by leveraging the full spectrum of the bank's capabilities - Conduct financial analysis, including valuation, benchmarking and financial modelling - Actively contribute to the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials and underlying financial analysis - Conduct comprehensive company, industry and market research - Communicate and interact with deal team members, including those in international regions - Actively participate in executing transactions, working with clients and other advisors Eligibility Candidates must have already received or be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. For candidates who have already graduated, the graduation date must be after January 2026. For candidates still pursuing a degree, completion must be before July 2027. On track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent. Candidates must be available to join the programme from Monday 11th January for four months with an option to extend by 2 months; if offered full-time, must be available to join the graduate programme from July 2027. No deferred start dates.
