Programme Overview Our leading Graduate Analyst Programme offers the opportunity to fully integrate into one team, contributing straightaway. Graduates start with a comprehensive induction, followed by an extensive learning curriculum focused on technical skills, business acumen, financial skills and soft skills, combining instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training. As an Analyst you may work closely with colleagues across regions, building a network across the company. Responsibilities: - Providing technical expertise to design, develop, and maintain technology applications using Java, C++, .NET, Python, Web Services, and AI-assisted development tools - Evaluating, adopting, and promoting responsible use of AI technologies across the software development lifecycle - Gathering and translating client requirements into technical design specifications - Coding solutions, completing unit tests, and ensuring successful integration - Participating in delivery/release (CI/CD) events Eligibility Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a completion time frame between September 2026 and July 2027. On track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent). Must be available to join the programme from July 2027. What we are looking for Essential: - Show demonstrable evidence of self-learning outside of studies - Display clear motivation for exploring a technology career within financial services - Demonstrate capacity for innovative thinking and strong problem solving - Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills - Display evidence of strong teamwork, leadership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite - Demonstrate integrity and ethics - To be eligible to apply for this role in Chester, you must have the right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available (visa sponsorship is available for roles in Bromley) Desired: - Knowledge of React, Angular, .NET, Python or Java - Knowledge of object oriented or relational database management systems such as Oracle or MS SQL Server - Knowledge/experience of CI/CD software delivery processes - Knowledge of the software development cycle
