The team: The Global Payment Solutions (GPS) business turns technological advances into treasury solutions for corporate clients globally, using cutting-edge products and strategies to provide liquidity management, payment, receipts, trade and supply chain finance, FX, and commercial card services. Programme Overview Our 10-week summer analyst programme emphasises on-the-job training, rotating between two GPS groups (sales and product) to learn how the business uses people and technology to transform treasury solutions for clients. Responsibilities: - Work with different product sets including cash management, liquidity, payments, foreign exchange, commercial card, trade, and supply chain finance - Understand the end-to-end business, from product development to selling the solution to clients - Ensure an effective hand over to the Bank's implementation team when new business is won - Attend client and prospective client visits to grow and win new business - Participate in creating bespoke treasury solutions for clients - Prepare and eventually deliver proposals and presentations Eligibility Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a completion time frame between September 2027 and July 2028. On track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent). Must be available to join the programme from June 2027 to August 2027. What we are looking for Essential: - Show demonstrable evidence of self-learning outside of studies, and efforts to advance technical skills - Display clear motivation for exploring a technology career within financial services - Demonstrate capacity for innovative thinking and strong problem solving - Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills - Display evidence of strong teamwork, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite - Demonstrate integrity and ethics
