The team Global Operations (GO) teams manage the critical systems and multiple platforms needed to maintain the enterprise's market-leading positions in key segments, delivering seamless client outcomes while maintaining a strong risk and control environment. Programme Overview Our Summer Analyst Programme in Bromley is designed to provide a unique experience within Global Operations, with opportunities aligned based on interests, development opportunities, and business needs: Global Credit Operations (GCO) - delivers operational support enabling credit-related products and transactions to be onboarded, funded, serviced, and protected throughout their lifecycle across EMEA. Data, Reporting and Operations Management (DROM) - enables business performance through strategic change delivery, governance, regulatory reporting, and operational excellence initiatives. Responsibilities: - Build knowledge of the products, services and operational processes that support the bank and its clients - Analyse data, identify trends and contribute to business insights and process reviews - Develop an understanding of risk management, controls, governance and regulatory requirements - Support project delivery, business analysis and stakeholder engagement activities - Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and updates for business partners and senior stakeholders - Depending on team, gain exposure to the lifecycle of credit products, or support strategic transformation and regulatory reporting activities Eligibility Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a completion time frame between September 2027 and July 2028. On track for a minimum 2:2 degree classification (or equivalent). Must be available to join the programme from June 2027 to August 2027. What we are looking for Essential: - Clear motivation for exploring an Operations career within financial services - Evidence of self-learning outside of studies, and efforts to advance technical skills - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Strong teamwork, leadership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrate integrity and ethics - Fluency in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite
