Programme Overview Working in partnership, the Chief People Organisation teams provide a comprehensive service to the business, including Talent Acquisition, Talent, Learning, Opportunity and Inclusion, Compensation and Benefits, Shared Services, Employee Relations, Corporate Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Security. This job is responsible for participating in the Chief People Organisation (CPO) Analyst Program, a two-year rotational development program helping teammates develop a solid knowledge base across CPO functional areas. Responsibilities: - Collaborating on projects across Chief People Organisation that contribute to key people strategies and initiatives - Supporting initiatives across Benefits, Opportunity and Inclusion, Talent, Learning and Corporate Communications - Collaborating with recruitment professionals on strategic hiring initiatives and employer branding activities - Developing expertise through rotational assignments across multiple Chief People Organisation disciplines - Assisting with analysing benefits data, employee feedback and market trends - Supporting talent management initiatives focused on employee development, performance, succession planning and career growth Eligibility Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a completion time frame between September 2026 and July 2027. On track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent). To be eligible to apply for this role in Chester, you must have the right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available. Must be available to join the programme in either January, April or July 2027. What we are looking for Essential: - Show demonstrable evidence of self-learning outside of studies, and efforts to advance technical skills - Display clear motivation for exploring a HR career within financial services - Demonstrate capacity for innovative thinking and strong problem solving - Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with a variety of people - Display evidence of strong teamwork, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite - Demonstrate integrity and ethics by earning other's trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions Desired: - Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - A passion for processes and continuous improvements to meet stakeholder needs
