Full job description
Baillie Gifford is running a paid summer internship in its Technology & Service Delivery department, focused on cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity, based on site in Edinburgh between mid-June and late August 2027. Interns join teams handling technical support, systems resilience and IT strategy, and get hands-on time with tools such as Azure, Terraform, Docker, CrowdStrike, Superblocks or Wiz, plus vendor and online training. After induction the cohort works on a live technical project while rotating through other technology teams. The role suits penultimate-year students on a technology-related degree with an interest in cloud, infrastructure or security; the application is a CV, a short questionnaire and one scored question, and only one internship stream may be chosen.
