Full job description
This placement is in Global Product Development's process engineering groups, working on drug product manufacturing process development and safe scale-up, with a mix of project work and new-technology work, including lab work and simulation of steps such as feeding, blending, filling and tablet compression, centred on continuous manufacturing. Applicants must currently be undergraduate or integrated master's students in a chemical or process engineering discipline, with the chance to spend a year in industry starting September 2027. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract in Macclesfield, paying a £28,000 base salary plus bonus and flexible benefits, with a start date of 7 September 2027.
