Ardian's Private Credit team is offering an internship in the London office to assist in the identification, analysis, and execution of potential private credit investments. The team consists of 25 investment professionals based in London, Paris and Frankfurt, managing approximately $10 billion. Responsibilities include assisting in investment memorandum production (reviewing diligence, joining diligence calls, memo drafting and financial modelling), managing the team CRM and deal pipeline tracking, producing minutes following team meetings and investment committees, and supporting portfolio company monitoring. Looking for a degree either completed or due to be completed from a leading university (minimum 2:1), ideally with previous internship experience in Private Equity or Private Credit, M&A/leveraged finance/DCM, Transaction Services at a leading audit firm, or strategy consulting. Start date: September 2026. Full time, based in London.
