AlphaSights connects clients such as investment funds, strategy consultancies and Fortune 500 companies with niche subject-matter experts to inform their decision-making. The Client Service Trainee program in Seoul runs for a minimum of 8 months and gives trainees commercial frontline responsibility on live client projects. As a trainee, you will be the link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek, working on multiple projects from investors, strategists and dealmakers, in a communications-intense role that involves recruiting and screening experts by phone, understanding the project, market, legal and regulatory context, and taking ownership of client-expert communications and scheduling. The program offers an introduction to the business world, transferable commercial and client management skills, a mentor and dedicated time with senior leadership, the opportunity to deliver a project to the co-founder and Region Head, and the possibility of a full-time offer to return. Requirements: currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree, due to graduate in 2027 or 2028; a strong academic track record (around 3.4 GPA); noteworthy extracurricular achievement; relevant internship experience; fluent Korean and English (or C2 level); and for international applicants, only D-10-1 visa holders are eligible, with TOPIK Level 4 or higher required. Compensation ranges from 2,500,000 to 4,000,000 KRW per month based on individual performance, with one day of annual leave accrued per month worked, the option to work from home on Fridays, and bonus consideration in the recruitment process for those re-applying after graduation.
