The Summer Associate program offers commercial frontline responsibility and immediate personal impact on live client projects. As a Summer Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek, working on multiple projects from investors, strategists and dealmakers, in a communications-intense role requiring multitasking across parallel workstreams. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end client-expert communications (including phone-based screening and negotiation with experts), leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map industry value chains and identify relevant experts, and understanding the project, market, legal and regulatory context. The program offers a broad introduction to the business world, transferable commercial and client management skills, a dedicated training curriculum with intense on-the-job coaching, and a high-energy, merit-based environment. Requirements: Undergraduate Junior (Class of 2028); a strong academic record (undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above); noteworthy extracurricular achievement; internship experience evidencing an interest in business is a plus; fluent English and Portuguese is required; and work authorization in the United States is required, as AlphaSights does not sponsor visas for this role but will consider applicants with STEM/OPT eligibility. Internship compensation is $15,384.62 for the 10-week program, running 7 June to 13 August 2027, with the opportunity to receive a full-time offer to return post-graduation. Based in a prime midtown office with state-of-the-art amenities, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
