Requirements: currently studying towards a Bachelor's degree that includes a placement (year in industry), due to graduate in 2029; a strong academic record (minimum 2:1); noteworthy extracurricular achievement, internships or part-time work experience; experience evidencing an interest in business is a plus; outstanding communication skills; and fluent (C2 level) English, with fluency in an additional European language or experience living and working in continental Europe valuable but not necessary. Compensation ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (performance-based, uncapped earning potential), with 25 vacation days, UK bank holidays and the Christmas closure, comprehensive private health and dental insurance, offices in central London with subsidised lunch and free breakfast/snacks, and the option to work from home on Fridays.
