AlphaSights connects clients such as investment funds, strategy consultancies and Fortune 500 companies with niche subject-matter experts to inform their decision-making. This Client Service Internship in Hamburg runs for six months starting September 2027, offering commercial frontline responsibility and the opportunity to work on live client projects. As an intern in the Client Service team, you will be the link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek, working on multiple projects from investors, strategists and dealmakers, in a communications-intense role that includes recruiting experts by phone, understanding the project, market, legal and regulatory context, and taking ownership of client-expert communications and scheduling. The program offers an introduction to the business world, transferable commercial and client management skills, a mentor, dedicated time with senior leadership, the opportunity to deliver a project to the co-founder and Region Head, and the possibility of a full-time offer to return post-graduation. Requirements: currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or taking a gap year; available for a six-month internship starting September 2027; internship or working-student experience and extracurricular achievement are highly valued; a self-starter mindset with strong initiative and communication skills; and fluent written and verbal English and German at C1 level or above, with experience living or working abroad desired. Compensation is a 30,000 EUR annual base salary (pro-rated for six months) plus performance-based commission, 28 vacation days per year, a pension plan through Signal Iduna Germany, and an office located across from the Elbphilharmonie with around 60 employees, working Monday to Thursday in the office with Fridays as home office, plus monthly team events, free breakfast and snacks, and a subsidy for local public transport and lunch, with an iPhone and MacBook Pro provided.
