As a Graduate Compliance Associate, you will join a high-performing global team that works closely with core service delivery teams to ensure clients are served to the highest compliance standards while enabling AlphaSights' fast-growing commercial success. Responsibilities include monitoring client requests, developing and implementing new policies and compliance products, anticipating business roadblocks, training employees, and providing guidance to delivery teams daily; monitoring active projects to flag and mitigate risks; collaborating with internal stakeholders globally to drive procedural enhancements; designing and implementing global operational policies; and creating and delivering in-person and e-learning training to delivery teams. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role with a clear focus on problem solving, attention to detail, creative thinking and results. Requirements: a Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in any field and noteworthy extracurricular leadership (2:1); 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in law, risk management, consulting, operations or compliance; and fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Career progression: in years 0-2, Compliance Associates are responsible for developing and executing global policies and procedures; from year 3, Senior Compliance Associates lead and develop teammates and own key compliance initiatives.
