The Associate Program offers a fast-paced commercial role with immediate personal impact and a clear career path. As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek, working on multiple projects from investors, strategists and dealmakers, in a communications-intense role. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end client-expert communications (phone-based screening and negotiation with experts), leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map industry value chains and identify relevant experts, and understanding the project, market, legal and regulatory context. The program offers a broad introduction to the business world, transferable commercial and client management skills, a clear career path to Manager after 24-30 months and Vice President after around 5 years, and the possibility of qualifying for AlphaSights' MBA Tuition Program after successful completion. Requirements: a strong academic record (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above); noteworthy extracurricular achievement; relevant internship experience; and fluent English and Italian or C2 level is required, with experience living or working in continental Europe desired. Total first-year compensation ranges from £48,500 to £57,500 (average to high performance), consisting of a £41,500 annual base salary plus uncapped variable performance-based compensation, with a 4% matched pension contribution, comprehensive private health and dental insurance, 25 vacation days plus bank holidays and the Christmas closure, a state-of-the-art office in central London with subsidised lunch and free breakfast/snacks, and the option to work from home on Fridays. Preferred start date: January or April 2027.
