As an Analyst on AlphaSights' Surveys team, you will play a key role in enabling clients to collect expert insights via online, programmed surveys, driving the growth of the Surveys business by training team members, providing technical expertise, and improving internal capabilities. Based in London, you will also support global Surveys teams. Responsibilities include quality control (reviewing surveys to ensure they capture valuable insights), supporting live client requests across investment firms, corporations and consulting firms, directly programming surveys and supporting colleagues on advanced programming cases, owning technical training for the team, and advancing survey capabilities by improving survey authoring, programming and reporting processes, working closely with Global Survey team leadership and the product team. This is an entry-level role (0-2 years of working experience); relevant work or internship experience in a technical role in a business context is preferred. Candidates should have excellent analytical and quantitative skills (evidenced by a 2:1 or above), be a great problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and a high level of autonomy (this is a new role requiring a proactive, autonomous mindset), be highly driven and proactive with strong planning and organisation skills, be an effective communicator able to teach and absorb feedback from technical and non-technical stakeholders, and be meticulous with a methodical approach to work. Technical skills: proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with survey platforms (Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.) is a plus; candidates must pass a quantitative-based test to proceed with the application. Total first-year compensation is £40,000, with the annual base salary increasing to £41,500 after July 2026.
