Full job description
Summer internship in the London Credit Investment team of a global real estate investment manager, in summer 2027. The intern joins the team that evaluates and underwrites prospective investments and takes part in underwriting, diligence and closing, including market analysis, financial analysis and investment committee memoranda, and helps with business plan implementation and portfolio monitoring. Candidates should be enrolled on an undergraduate or master's degree with an expected graduation in spring 2028 and be available full-time in London for at least ten consecutive weeks. Finance, economics, business, architecture or real estate majors are preferred but not required, and a strong academic record and interest in real estate are sought.
