Advancy, a strategy consultancy, is recruiting full-time junior consultants for its London office. Junior consultants are put straight onto projects, collecting data across sources, running quantitative analyses to support clients' positioning and growth, and helping produce deliverables under the guidance of consultants and senior consultants, with direct exposure to senior management at major global companies. New joiners take part in an intensive training programme at the Paris headquarters, and pay includes a base salary, 6% employer pension contribution and a discretionary annual bonus. The posting asks for a bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university in economics, business, accounting, engineering or a related field with at least a 2:1, and accepts final-year undergraduates through to alumni; finance or consulting internships are a plus.
