Full job description
A graduate role on Accenture's AI & Data practice in Dublin, joining the FY28 intake. You'd work directly with clients on getting real value from AI - taking projects from strategy through delivery, helping organisations understand what their data can do, and building the confidence to advise senior stakeholders. Depending on your strengths, the work spans reimagining client processes with AI, scaling AI solutions as an engineer, defining commercial AI use cases as a strategist, driving enterprise AI adoption, or surfacing insights as a data scientist. Accenture is looking for graduates with strong analytical and technical ability who are comfortable working directly with clients, with knowledge of any of: applying data/AI to business problems, generative or agentic AI, cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data science languages (Python, SAS, R, Scala, PySpark), or machine learning techniques.
