Tech Insight Experience for Women, Engineering

A one-day Engineering Insights Day, held in London or Edinburgh, giving women an up-close look at tech in banking and finance at NatWest Digital X. The day includes a senior leader introduction to the business and culture, a "Future of Banking" presentation, a skills-building exercise on collaboration and agile methodologies, a panel discussion and fireside chat with role models, and a workplace-readiness and personal branding exercise. Entry requirements: to be a woman living or studying in the UK, graduating in 2028 with a STEM degree, with the right to work in the UK in 2027. This experience can potentially progress to a summer internship. Travel expenses supported.
