A one-day Insight Experience in London for Black heritage students interested in Coutts Products & Client Solutions, which offers private banking and wealth management services to UK clients backed by over 300 years of expertise. The day is split into a morning conference introducing the business and culture, and an afternoon on-the-job insight into real internship work. Entry requirements: to be in the UK and from a Black heritage background, graduating in 2028, no specific UCAS points or subject required. This graduate pathway does not meet the government criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship, so candidates must have a sustainable right to work in the UK. Travel expenses reimbursed up to £100. Completing the Insight Experience leads to an invitation to continue applying for the 2027 Internship programme, with an assessment centre as the next stage.
