Spring Insight Event (EMEA) 2027

BlackRock's Spring Insight Event is a week-long event in April 2027 at BlackRock's London and Edinburgh offices, for students of all academic backgrounds who will graduate with an undergraduate or master's degree in 2029. It's an immersive experience into one of BlackRock's business areas, including work shadowing, a group project, networking and social events, with the option to apply to experience up to two functions (e.g. Investment Research and Analytics & Modeling) within the same application. Candidates can apply for only one programme (Spring Insight or Placement). After submitting an application, candidates receive a pre-interview assessment to complete within five days. Application deadline is 4 December 2026.
